EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is the most popular form of personalisation, extremely durable and a great way to promote your business, club etc.. Logos are digitised using specialist software enabling our embroidery machines to embroider a custom logo directly onto a garment. The embroidery becomes part of the garment and is therefore very long lasting and will last as long as the garment itself.

Thread Colour:

We have an extensive range of colours at our disposal and we can also get very close to matching our thread colours to any pantone references you supply.

Size of logo:

Size of embroidery is generally up to the customers own preference, however there are limitations which we can discuss with you.

Positions of Embroidery:

A garment can be embroidered in most places such as left or right breast side, top back, centre back, arms and nape of neck for example.

PRINTING

There are many forms of print that can be used to personalise garments. Print can be used on clothing either in addition to embroidery, or when the garment or size of logo/design would not be suitable for embroidery.

Screen Printing:

Screen printing is a technique whereby ink is transferred directly to the garment and is recommended for higher quantity runs as it is more cost effective. Ideal for T-shirts, Hoodies, sweatshirts, high visibility clothing etc.., screen printing produces long lasting images and is best suited for one or two colour print.

Transfer Printing:

This form of printing is a technique whereby the design is heat sealed directly to the garment using a heat press machine.  It can be used for applying logos, text or more complex multi-coloured images and is suitable for a multitude of garments and is generally applied to on the chest or back. The vinyl material we use has excellent opacity and elasticity, perfect for sports and leisurewear decoration and has been used by numerous clubs and organisations over the years. It can be applied

Sublimation Printing:

This process uses a specialist ink to form a permanent bond to polyester rich fabrics. The result is a premium full colour photographic quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away and provides a soft feel finish to the garment, perfect for sportswear. Sublimation dyes are not opaque and therefore the printable garment needs to be white or pastel colour.

The choice of garment, size and complexity of logo, and quantity will determine which is the best option to use. Contact us and we be will happy to advise.
